When do I need to order by for delivery?

Place your order by 10AM MST Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

Do you deliver on holidays?

No — deliveries do not run on statutory holidays. If a Thursday falls on a holiday, that week's delivery will be skipped.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes — delivery is only available for orders over $100. The shipping option will only appear at checkout once you've added $100 (pre-tax) to your cart.

Why isn't my delivery address working at checkout?

Delivery is only available to the locations and postal codes listed above (Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Nisku/Beaumont/Leduc, Calgary, Red Deer, and Spruce Grove & Stony Plain). If your address isn't going through, it likely falls outside one of these zones.

Who delivers my order?

Delivery is handled through our third-party partner, Deeleeo.

How is my food kept fresh during delivery?

Your order is delivered in cooler bags with ice packs to keep everything fresh. We recommend someone be home to receive the delivery — or, if that's not possible, please put out a cooler for our team to place your order into.
